CNY 2015

Happy CNY  everyone! *waves* A quick update in between tackling my pile of work accumulated from 8 days out of the office.

Reunion: Cooked most of the dishes.  But I thought the best dish was the one hubby had a professional chef make... braised sea cucumber with pork trotter.  Oh well, I never learn.  I'd just keep coming up with various not-great dishes time after time hehe. Who knows, a breakthrough could be just round the corner!

One for the album

On the first day, we don't have any programs and set off to the Secret Garden as usual. Took quite a few photos of all 4 of us, but didn't get any great ones.  It didn't help that JE wasn't in the mood for photos and kept running away, staring sullenly elsewhere or being in tears.

One of the better shots

Luckily SE was in a good mood.  Here she is doing her 'moustache' act...

Moo-tark!

JE perked up at the end, phew.  By that time we'd spent quite long in the garden, hot and tired already!

Happy CNY!

  1. Hi Stacy, happy CNY to you and family. Wonderful to be able to spend time as a family. To me, a great dish is where there is no leftovers, ha ha.
